I Am VRonica

For over 30 years, my expression lived within ministry—until God breathed on the creative dimension of who I am, and everything shifted.

I am a breath carrier, artist, author, songwriter, and creative producer, and the visionary behind The It’s Morning NOW Awakening Movement.

My journey includes a long night season—one that revealed how easily breath can be interrupted and how deeply the body remembers what the spirit survives. That season did not define me, but it did birth my mandate.

Through Pause • Release • Rise, I learned that healing does not require reliving pain, and forgiveness is not about excusing the past—it is about freeing the present.

The removal of the “E” from my name was intentional. It represents the shedding of excess—labels, expectations, and identities that no longer serve the becoming. VRonica reflects who emerged: grounded, present, and no longer required to explain the night to justify the morning.

At the heart of The It’s Morning NOW Awakening Movement is a simple truth:
you don’t have to relive to heal.

Through breath-centered experiences, prophetic creativity, sound, movement, and cinematic storytelling, this movement creates trauma-aware spaces where people can breathe again—body, spirit, and life aligned.

This is not about going backward.
This is about awakening to now.
